Hanmi Bank lists rates of 3.50% APR on their 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, and 1-year CDs. However, the APYs that are listed here don't make sense.
Citibank, CA is posting a 2.40% APY for 1Y.
Guaranty Bank is posting a 2.31% APY for 1Y.
Bank of Internet USA is posting 5-year at 3.05% APY, 1-Year at 2.53% APY. Here is their site.
